Bristol City Council has a target to reduce what it spends on parks by at least £2.868 million per year by April 2019. They have indicated that this means services will need to be run in a different way; working more with communities, making more money, creating more partnerships, making services as efficient as possible and reducing some of the things they do now. To make the savings, they have taken the approach of trying to earn as much money as possible to keep service reductions to a minimum. Their proposals are described in a survey at the link below. Please give them your views.
The consultation ends 29th January 2018.
