Help shape our future city
We need your views to help us build a better city that meets the needs of the future. The Bristol Local Plan Review will set out how Bristol develops over the next twenty years. Feedback to the draft plan now out for consultation will shape the next version of the local plan which will be made available for formal representations in late 2019. Find out how you can take part online.

Do you suspect tenancy fraud?
Tenancy fraud keeps homes away from people who need them most. Tenancy fraud includes giving false information when applying for social housing or subletting a council house, whilst living elsewhere. One of the knock-on effects is that there are around 500 households living in temporary accommodation in Bristol, costing the council over £1 million per year. If you think someone you know is committing tenancy fraud, you can report it online or by calling 0117 922 2470.

Bristol Girls Can exhibition
There’s still time to see the Bristol Girls Can photographic exhibition at The Sanctuary Gallery, Southmead Hospital, which ends on 30 April. The photographs celebrate parents fitting exercise into their already busy lives, and hope to inspire other women to look for ways to fit in physical activity around their normal routines.

Clean Streets
Environmental crime such as dropping litter, dog fouling and fly-tipping has a negative impact on the look and feel of our streets and green spaces. It also costs tax payers and the council thousands of pounds each year. 3GS, Bristol’s new environmental enforcement team, are operating throughout the city to issue fixed penalty notices and educate members of the public about the impact of environmental crime.
