Bristol Local Plan Consultation – guiding future development of our city

Bristol City Council is asking for your views on changes to the Bristol Local Plan. The Bristol Local Plan Review will update policies for deciding planning applications, guiding development in the city over the next twenty years, building a better Bristol.

The Draft Policies and Development Allocations consultation responds to the results of the 2018 consultation.  It differs from the previous consultation as it contains draft policies and proposed sites for development.

The results of the consultation will shape the next version of the local plan which will be made available for formal representations in late 2019.
