Senior Citizen Advisors
Do you want a job that is challenging, varied and rewarding? Being a customer advisor with Bristol City Council will give you the opportunity to positively impact the lives of everyone in the City. Our main objective is to help the people of Bristol access the services we deliver. We do this face to face through our Citizen Service Point, over the phone via our Customer Service Centre and through promotion of our online services. Some of the services we deliver include Waste and Street Maintenance, Council Tax and Housing Benefit, Landlord Services and Pollution Control.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in a customer-facing or contact centre environment is beneficial. What is most important is a passion for customer services, as well as a positive attitude and commitment to delivering an excellent service. If you have a desire to help and engage positively with people from all walks of life, then you can be instrumental in helping us achieve our goals. We are currently recruiting for both part time and full time customer advisors; on a fixed term and permanent basis.
