The Neighbourhood Partnership and Forum meetings have now replaced the PACT meetings. These meetings are your opportunity to express your concerns to the council and have a say in directing local neighbourhood Policing priorities. Totterdown is in the Windmill Hill area and is part of the group of Filwood, Knowle and Windmill Hill
