Applications to join the Natwest Entrepreneur Accelerator Programmme are now open. The Accelerator is a 6-month fully funded programme for entrepreneurs with high growth businesses looking to scale up, providing: 1:1 coaching; access to business mentors; access to tech and legal advice; access to bespoke events and meet-ups. Participating entrepreneurs can also get access to office space with Wi-Fi and printing included. Interviews to join the April programme start on Thursday 24 January.

Businesses have until Monday 4 February to pre-register for the annual Travelwest Travel to Work Survey – a useful tool for finding out more about how your staff travel. Pre-register here to receive a bespoke report for your business and promotional materials ahead of the survey week.

The Streamlined Company Registration Service, recently set up as a collaboration between HMRC and Companies House, is a one-stop cross-government service allowing new start-ups to register their company and also register for tax at the same time, with the intention of easing the burdens on new businesses. More than 200,000 new businesses have used the service to date; more here.
