Submission of the Joint Spatial Plan – Technical Evidence Work
Following the recent Joint Spatial Plan – Technical Evidence work consultation (November 2018), I am writing to you to let you know that the responses to the consultation, along with the Key Issues Reports incorporating the West of England officer initial responses, have been submitted to the independent Planning Inspectors and are available online at www.jointplanningwofe.org.uk
Alongside this information, four additional documents have also been submitted to the Inspectors:

The hearing sessions for the JSP will be confirmed by the Inspectors in due course. It is currently anticipated that the Examination in Public will begin in Spring/Summer 2019.
The four West of England Councils have appointed Mr Robert Young as the Programme Officer. Mr Young will act as the contact point for any person who has made representations on the JSP Publication Plan and JSP Technical Evidence Work, and as a liaison between the Inspectors, the Councils and examination participants.
If you made representations on the JSP Publication Plan and/or JSP Technical Evidence Work, the Programme Officer will be in contact in due course.
