Giving you early notice: on Saturday 23 June, Victoria Park Action Group (VPAG) are joining in with The Great Get Together and inviting people to bring a picnic to the park to commemorate Jo Cox, the inspirational MP who was killed nearly 2 years ago, and celebrate her belief that we have far more in common than that which divides us. There’s nothing formal organised – just bring a picnic to the park, invite your friends, perhaps bring some games… And no specific location either, but last year most people came to the area below the playground at the top of Nutgrove Ave.
