WHaM have provided the following quick update on the Bedminster Green planning applications, and a Bristol City Council consultation.
Plans APPROVED by BCC so far:
18/06722/F on Little Paradise for 295 Built to Rent apartments, up to 16 storeys high.
20/02647/FB on Little Paradise for a multi-storey car park.
Plans REFUSED by BCC so far:
19/00267/F on the Pring site, for student housing and rental social housing.
19/05740/F on the Pring site, for 4 towers of student housing.
18/05310/F at St Catherines, for 205 apartments and retail, leisure and commercial space.
All three of these decisions have been appealed by the developers and we are now waiting for the Planning Inspectorate to decide the outcomes.
Plans waiting to go to committee for a decision:
20/04934/P at St Catherines, for 180 apartments, up to 14 storeys high, plus new commercial floor space.
20/05811/F on Dalby Avenue and Whitehouse Lane, for 837 student rooms in blocks up to 9 storeys high

Plans we have not seen yet:
The final sets of plans for Bedminster Green (1) will be for BCC owned land, which includes Hereford Street car park and the buildings surrounding the Green. And there were discussions about changes to Bedminster Station at one point……. We will keep you updated.
Consultation on the proposed River Restoration and Transport Changes, to help complete the Bedminster Green make over, is underway. The proposals could have a major impact on the lives of anyone living in Windmill Hill, so please do take a look. Deadline for comments is 4th March 2021.
