1 – Opening

Previous minutes were agreed.
2. Directors reports (3 mins each)
a. Treasurer (inc Breakdown Table)
Current bank balance stands at £12,506.09.
The £3000 discrepancy found last month has been resolved. It was caused by paying in a cheque for £3.00 and the Cooperative bank processed this as £3,000.00. SH informed the bank immediately and had it rectified as we did not want any one to suffer due to being “out of pocket”.

Hard copies of current ToT now all collected and being delivered
3. Projects
a. Totterdown Sprouting
Gardening Club planned for Monday 12 April.
Orchard tidy-up planned for Sunday 25 April.
b. Stanley Hill rat-run
Efforts to engage the Council are still getting nowhere but are continuing

No updates. All public meetings still restricted.
4. Planning
No planning items were raised.
5. AOB
a. Whitehouse St
Pilot project on citizen engagement on 10 March had been attended online by SA, AS,
SH and GA and had attracted a good audience.
b. 2021 local elections
Online hustings for West of England Metro Mayoral and Bristol City Mayoral elections, organized by Bristol Green Capital Partnership, are taking place on 19 April and 27 April respectively. Places can be booked and questions can be submitted here: https://bristolgreencapital.org/events/

c. Electric Vehicle charging points.
There is a big shortfall nationally and challenges in
installing sufficient in time to cope with the phase- out of petrol and diesel vehicles.
Jenny knows a local resident, Fed, who has had an EV charge point installed.
He liaised with the estate property manager, Kevin (he can give us full names if we need
them) and then it went to his housing association landlord Places for People to approve.
Fed had to provide drawings, details of what the company doing the work was going to use –
type of plug-in cable, how it was to be protected etc. Had to have a 5 year warranty for the
work on the pavement. Had to restore pavement to original condition after installation.
It took 3 months to get it all sorted. Cost was £3000 – with the most expensive element being
the ground work. You can buy EV chargers for £500 now..
