Autumn certainly feels like it’s on its way; September marks the return from holidays and back to work and school for many of us.
The eagle-eyed amongst you will have noticed a large container appear on Zone A – fear not, it’s nothing suspicious, rather a key part of plans for the next phase of improvements to make Zone A community friendly! Do get in touch with the team behind all the hard work – they’d love to hear from others on ideas for best use and management of the space.
Also in this latest edition:
- Get doodling! – the call goes out to artists to join in with FRONT ROOM Arts Trail 2023
- Friends of Jubilee Pool – we meet Dr Matt Blanchard who, when he’s not dressing up as a flamingo, is a trainee doctor and Trustee of the community-led pool in Jubilee Road
- Hillcrest Hubbub – “get out and about” is the clear message from the Year 5 press pack from Hillcrest School, with some great ideas to help you enjoy more family time.
- The latest piece in the Totterdown Heritage series takes a look at The Gospel Hall, Bellevue Road, built in 1882.
- … and lots more!
Enjoy the changing of the season and get set for the cooler months ahead.
