Following the previous break in at Patco and the Totterdown Canteen, there has been another break in, this time at Banco lounge on Wells Road. The previous break in for Patco was through the roof and resulted in the loss of stock and cash, whilst the Canteen had a front window smashed and the thieves took charity donation boxes.
A spokesman for Avon and Somerset Police said the break-in at Banco Lounge was reported at 6.45am on 31 March 2017: “It looks like the safe in the property has been damaged, officers will be attending. If anyone was in the area and saw anything suspicious, they are asked to call 101 quoting reference number 5217070640.”
We don’t know if the three break-ins are connected in anyway but we ask all in Totterdown to help the police find and stop people trashing our valuable local businesses.
