The Pring Site application, 19/000267/F, for high rise, high density student accommodation will be determined at 2.00pm on Wednesday September 4th by planning committee. This is the first of the five major developments for Bedminster Green to go before a planning committee for a decision, so the outcome could have an effect on the progress of the remaining applications.
WHaM is holding an open meeting, on Wednesdays 28th August at 8.00pm in the Windmill Hill Community Association on Vivian St, where we will review the details of the application, look at the planning officers recommendations, and run through the procedure for sending in statements so your views will go directly to the planning committee. You can go to the planning meeting on the 4th and make a 1-minute statement, which is the most effective way to have your opinions heard by the decision makers.
Statements need to be sent to democratic.services@bristol.gov.uk by 12 noon on Tuesday 3rd September. The earlier they are sent the better as they will be higher up on the list and therefore more likely to be heard in the time allowed.
