Nominations are open for Bristol Young Hero Awards. Bristol Young Heroes Awards is an annual gala dinner to celebrate those who have overcome challenge and adversity to live life to the full, both for themselves and for others. Bristol’s Young Heroes are young people who are changing the world for the better. Some questions that might help if you want to make a nomination:
- Why are you nominating them?
- What makes them stand out?
- What challenges have they had to overcome?
- What are they doing now? (if different from the reason you are nominating them)

Nominees must be between 11-19 years old on 31st March 2017
You can nominate the same person for different categories
If your young person is chosen as a nominee, ‘Oscar’ style videos will be made to be shown on the night. By completing this nomination form, both parties give their consent for these to be shown* **
Filming will take place on the following dates and you will be contacted about times and locations once nominees are announced on Monday 23rd January 2017:
Nominator: Friday 10th or Monday 13th February 16:00-20:00
Nominee: Saturday 11th or Sunday 12th February 10:00-18:00
If you (the nominator) are unavailable on these dates, please can you arrange for an alternative person to attend.
