TRESA was concerned to see the results of Freedom of Information (FOI) requests relating to the unexpected reversal of the decision to refuse the hyperdense development at Broadwalk shopping centre. Given that the decision is affecting our neighbours, and that TRESA has had previous concerns about the process of decision-making by the same Development Control Committee A, we have decided to make the results of two FOIs available here in the interests of transparency and scrutiny.
