Qualification/experience required:
The City Farm offers a range of activities and services to meet Health and Social Care needs in Bristol. The Health and Social Care team are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and committed individual to join the team to support service users to engage in activities across the farm. The day consists of two supported groups; Gardening in the morning and Animal Care in the afternoon. We are looking for someone to assist in the co running of these groups to increase service user wellbeing and contribute to the smooth running of the Health and Social Care program at the farm.
