Acting on behalf of LPA Receivers at Grant Thornton, property consultants Alder King have sold the brownfield site at Totterdown Bridge, Bath Road for residential redevelopment. The 1.18 acre site (see picture below), which is allocated for residential redevelopment in the Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone, has been acquired by the Hadley Property Group for an undisclosed sum.
The purchaser now intends to submit a planning application for the sustainable development of 159 apartments and ground floor commercial space.
