Babbasa Youth Empowerment CIC’s Bridging the Gap intercultural knowledge and skills programme builds on the need for diversity and inclusion at the workplace. The first of four modules is on Wednesday 30 January (9.30am-12pm) at Redbrick House BS2 8QH; full details here. The South West Fair Trade Business Awards celebrate organisations – no matter their size or industry – that are leading the way in championing Fair Trade in the workplace. A fully funded 2-day Digital Innovation Business Growth Workshop for new digital tech ventures starts Thursday 7 February at the Hilton Double Tree Hotel in Bristol City Centre, BS1 6NJ. Delivered by the Digital Innovation Business Acceleration Hub (DBAH), the workshop is funded by ERDF and is open to all entrepreneurs or founders of early-stage tech ventures in the digital sector – specifically businesses in health, well-being and creative media, as well as more experienced entrepreneurs launching a new product or service; register here.

The Community Toilet Scheme is for businesses and organisations happy to allow members of the public to use their toilet facilities; since its introduction last year over 50 private businesses have signed up. The scheme also links into the nationwide Use Our Loo campaign through which free cleaning products are available. Click here and see attached for more information.
