There’s plenty going on in Totterdown this summer, with a host of family friendly events taking place on our doorstep.
July 9, 10.30-6pm: SummerLand at Knowle Constitutional Club – featuring a market of independent makers and creators. Sausagegenius 10.30-2pm and Fanny Tingle cream teas from 3-5.30pm, and the bar will be open.
July 10. 12-6pm: Zone A is the venue for ‘Fishstock’. A celebration of fish inspired dishes created by local chef Tim Owen (of Truffled), and vegan ice cream van ‘The Happy Cow’.
All accompanied by musical entertainment throughout the afternoon.
The lovely folk at Fox and West/Nook have come up with a fun family quiz this summer. Create your ‘picnic on a plate’ to be in with a chance to win tasty goodies from either store. Deadline for entries is 20 July so pick up a ‘plate’ poster from one of the stores and encourage the kids to get creative with paint, pens, crayons, glue, pasta, feathers, whatever takes your fancy!
