Talk of Totterdown – Winter 2024

The annual jamboree that is Totterdown Arts Trail 2024 takes place this year over the weekend of 16-17 November. Celebrating creativity in all forms, it’s always a wonderful opportunity to catch up with friends and neighbours, enjoy a varied roster of live music and performance, as well as an ideal opportunity for Christmas shopping from gorgeous cards to beautiful hand crafted unique gifts to give over the festive season.

In this latest edition:

  • Totterdown Arts Trail – a guide to some of the highlights to look out for.
  • Appreciating a Totterdown resident’s role in establishing one of the earliest LGBTQ+ support networks in the UK.
  • A new book, edited by TRESA Chair Suzanne Audrey, which celebrates Community Activism in Bristol.
  • Best-selling local author Andy Hamilton poses the question ‘Are you a bird or a hedgehog?’

Thanks to all our contributors, volunteer deliverers and everyone who helps in getting the newsletter out to the community every quarter.

The next issue will be out in early March so do get in touch if you have any news or events you’d like to share!

Season’s greetings to one and all, and best wishes for a happy and peaceful New Year, CJ
