Minutes of the last meeting
Approved. CJ had raised an issue with dates of the two previous meetings which needs to be checked.
Company Secretary
All in order. A confirmation statement needs to be completed in early May. Cost £13.00 to be paid to Companies House.

108 members, 11 friends.
Talk of Totterdown
The next issue is early June. Please send copy to CJ by 5th May.
CJ met with Deputy Head of Hillcrest Primary School and a small press club has been set up to write 4 pieces – the first to go in the summer issue, and we hope to organise for Hillcrest Press Pack to go to Doveton Printers to understand how the publication is printed..
Totterdown Sprouting
An orchard work party is planned for 23rd April, and Anne will check if morning or afternoon is preferable. The orchard has been entered for the Get Growing trail, and two local volunteers will be present as Anne will be away.
TRESA’s gardening group will apply to the WECA pollinator fund for a small grant forplants and signboards with information about pollinators for the Totterdown Square flowerbeds.
A request for tree protection orders (TPOs) for Mead Street has been submitted but there has been no reply despite this exceeding the statutory 8 weeks for a response. The Willway Street TPO request has not been acknowledged either.
Angela Truell is hoping to organise some bat walks.
TACA update
TACA has applied to the WECA pollinator fund for a larger grant and TRESA is a supporting partner (volunteers, publicity). An ecologist has written a brief report for Zone A.
Mosaic
Funds for the third community mosaic should be released by Bristol City Council soon. Suzanne is liaising with the mosaic artist. TRESA members and directors have been invited to submit ideas for words that illustrate Totterdown’s diversity.
Unicorn
Suzanne is liaising with Unicornfest over delivery of the unicorn foal and payment of the invoice. It was agreed that an artist will decorate the unicorn. Suzanne to speak with Adam at ArtPark. The unicorn foal will then go on display at various sites and events around Totterdown.
St Lukes Road pedestrian crossing
Traffic regulation order notices are now being displayed. TRESA will continue to enquire about progress on a regular basis, as it is important to keep this pedestrian crossing on the agenda.
122 Bath Road development
At a recent meeting of Three Lamps estate residents, Places for People explained that the developer of the site at 122 Bath Road has requested access for services to start work. The path at the bottom of the park area is to be closed temporarily and the path will be redirected. Robin will continue to provide updates.
Mead Street
The railway area directly beneath Richmond Terrace has been cleared and the concrete removed. It is unclear why this has been done.

Anne suggested we need to be more active in posting on the website and requested photographs of the orchard.
