Happy New Year!
We are going in search of blooming wild flowers as part of the annual BSBI new year flowering plant hunt on Jan 2nd, 1pm-4pm. We are meeting at the top of Victoria Park, Somerset Terrace entrance, BS3 4LL, at 1pm.
We will explore Victoria Park and the Northern Slopes for 2-3 hours. All ages welcome but children must be accompanied and it involves walking about 2 miles.
Not sure how much will be in flower after recent frosts but it’ll be a nice walk anyway, with spectacular views up the top. Please have comfy walking shoes. .
