1 – Opening

Present: Anne Silber, Geoff Allan, Suzanne Audrey
Apologies: Carolyn Jones, Simon Hobeck

b. Previous minutes
This was a meeting relating to the referendum which went well. No minutes were taken.

2. Directors reports (3 mins each)

a. Treasurer
No report in absence of Treasurer.

b. Company secretary
Confirmation statement needs to be submitted in May. Geoff will circulate all directors to give a
summary for the annual report, which will also be submitted as the confirmation statement.

c. Membership secretary
94 members, 13 friends. New people are joining and people who don’t renew have probably moved
form the area. We need cover for the role of membership secretary for 3 months from end of April.

d. Web Editor
Nothing to report. All working well.

e. Talk of Totterdown / eToT
Contributions by 13th May. Anne us thinking about an article on the lorries of Wells Road. This will be
after the election so an article could be about the result and what happens next.

3. Projects

a. Totterdown Sprouting
A new member has joined the group. There have been lots of compliments about the flowerbed in
Totterdown Square and Little Kitchen use the herb bed.

The work group is less active. The area will be strimmed at the end of April, and needs to be cared
for throughout the summer. The community space is well used. We are thinking about a secure store
and a chipper to help with management of the area.

b. Stanley Hill rat-run
Geoff met with Rob to recruit more people to have cameras. A couple of people said yes. People
need help to set them up. Cameras are working on Angers Road, Bathwell Road and Highgrove Road.

c. Zone N
The mobility station idea is continuing. A fingerpost is currently being designed giving distance and
walking times to our 3 nearest trains stations. Action Net Zero have been in touch with Suzanne and
are supportive of the idea. Cllr Ed Plowden is supportive of an EV charging point and has encouraged
a CIL application.

4. Planning

None discussed

5. AOB

a. Zone A
Trustees arranged. An event on Friday 22nd April starts at 4pm to encourage people to be friends of Zone A. Themes: What is Zone A? How do I get involved? Someone gave TRESA a pack of photos from “Zone A Day” (we think in the 1980s) and these have been given to TACA.

b. Lorries on Wells Road.
Small working group is collecting data on the number of HGVs using the Wells Road to travel through Bristol and onto the M32. It is about 90%.

c. Speaker for May meeting
Transport to include Lorries on Wells Road, CAZ and No2 bus route consultation. Ask Cllr Ed Plowden.

d. Facebook
Should we revitalise the Facebook group?

e.Directors
We need to recruit several new directors. Geoff is not standing at the next AGM and we have at least 2 other vacancies. Email to be sent to all members and other ideas welcome.
