Minutes of the TRESA Annul General Meeting held at 7.30pm on Tuesday 18th November 2025 at Meeplenook, 143 Wells Road
Present: Directors – Suzanne Audrey, Robin Millard, Simon Hobeck, Anne Silber, Carolyn Jones, Miranda Walker; Councillors – Cllr Ed Plowden, Cllr Lisa Stone; Speakers from Bristol City Council – Jo Plimmer, Seth Richardson; 8 TRESA members; 2 TRESA friends; 10 members of the public (including 7 representatives of local businesses)
The Annual Report and Accounts for 2024-25 were presented and approved (see the slides of the meeting below).
The following directors were re-elected: Suzanne Audrey, Robin Millard, Simon Hobeck, Anne Silber, Carolyn Jones, Miranda Walker.
There was then a presentation from Bristol City Council Arts Development Team (see slides), followed by an opportunity for informal conversation.
